Welcome to NUVE. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, services, products, applications, or any other offerings (collectively, the "Services").   • We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

  1. Content

  • User Content: You may submit, post, or display content, including text, images, audio, and video ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant NUVE a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and display your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

  • Content Standards: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Moderation: We may monitor, review, or remove User Content at our discretion and without notice. We are not responsible for User Content posted on the Services.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content, features, and functionality provided by NUVE, including trademarks, logos, graphics, text, designs, software, and other materials ("NUVE Content"), are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial use.

  • No Unlawful Use: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit NUVE Content without our prior written permission.

  1. Purchases and Payments

  • If you purchase products or services through the Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.

  • We may use third-party payment processors. Your use of payment services is subject to the processors' terms and privacy policies.

  1. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

  • For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal periods will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
